Article 1. Purpose of the Internal Rules
The purpose of these internal regulations is to define the operating rules of the Maison Eliott training center (hereinafter “the Center”) and to set the rights and obligations of Learners during the sessions.
Article 2. Admission and Registration
Section 1. Admission
Admission to training is subject to the acceptance conditions defined by the Center.
Section 2. Registration
Registration is effective after completing the registration form, providing the requested documents, and paying the training fees.
Article 3. Reception and Opening Hours
Section 1. Reception
Learners are welcomed to the Center's premises starting from the first day of the session, each training day.
Section 2. Training Hours
Training hours are from [start time] to [end time]. Learners must adhere to these hours and be punctual.
Article 4. Attendance and Behavior
Section 1. Attendance
Attendance at all training sessions is mandatory. Any absence must be justified and communicated to the Center’s administration as soon as possible.
Section 2. Behavior
Learners must behave respectfully towards trainers, the Center staff, and other Learners. Any inappropriate behavior may result in sanctions ranging from a warning to permanent exclusion, and even legal action.
Article 5. Dress Code

Article 6. Use of Facilities and Equipment
Section 1. Facilities
Learners must respect the premises and equipment provided. Any intentional damage will be sanctioned, and compensation may be requested from the Learners.
Section 2. Equipment
Training equipment must be used as intended and under the supervision of trainers. It must be duly returned at the end of each training day.
Article 7. Safety and Hygiene
Section 1. Safety
Learners must comply with the safety instructions posted on the Center's premises. In case of fire or emergency, they must follow staff instructions to evacuate the premises safely.
Section 2. Hygiene
Learners must maintain the cleanliness of the premises and equipment. Work areas must be tidied and cleaned after each use. Learners should also present themselves in appropriate attire and maintain hygiene that ensures the well-being of everyone.
Article 8. Use of Phones and Electronic Devices
The use of mobile phones and other electronic devices is prohibited during training sessions, unless specifically authorized by the trainer.
Article 9. Confidentiality
Learners must respect the confidentiality of the information exchanged and documents shared during the training. Learners are not allowed to disclose session contents; no data may be taken, copied, duplicated, or disclosed by the Learner, under penalty of legal action.
Article 10. Right to Image
Learners agree that photographs and videos may be taken during training for the Center’s communication and promotion purposes, unless expressly refused in writing before the start of the training.
Article 11. Sanctions and Disciplinary Procedures
Section 1. Sanctions
In case of non-compliance with the internal regulations, sanctions may be imposed, ranging from a warning to temporary or permanent exclusion from the Center.
Section 2. Procedures
Any disciplinary sanction will be preceded by a telephone interview with the Center's management and the Learner.
Article 12. Complaints and Suggestions
Learners can submit their complaints and suggestions in writing to the Center’s administration. A suggestion box is available for this purpose.
